Description du poste

Rejoignez l'équipe du StrOm, le restaurant du Mercure Saint-Omer**** en tant que second de cuisine en CDI.

  • Aux côtés du Chef de Cuisine, vous participez à la réalisation et à l’envoi des plats dans le respect des recettes, de la qualité et des délais.
  • Vous assurez la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des services.
  • Vous veillez à la propreté de votre poste et au respect des règles d’hygiène HACCP.
  • Vous participez aux inventaires, à la réception, au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises.

Qualifications

  • Passionné par la cuisine, vous maîtrisez des techniques culinaires et avez à cœur de régaler vos clients.
  • Méthodique, efficace et créatif, vous êtes polyvalent et savez vous adapter au rythme de la cuisine.
  • Consciencieux, vous veillez à la qualité des préparations comme au respect des normes d’hygiène.
  • Pédagogue et fédérateur, vous accompagnez et faites grandir les membres de votre équipe dans la bonne ambiance.
