Description du poste

Pour donner vie à cette nouvelle destination, nous recrutons notre futur Technicien de Maintenance (F/H/X).

Votre impact :

Chez HYDE, on recherche une personnalité autant qu’un technicien.

Réactif(ve), polyvalent(e) et rigoureux(se), vous contribuez chaque jour au bon fonctionnement de l'hôtel afin d'offrir à nos clients un environnement sûr, confortable et parfaitement entretenu.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, vous intervenez sur les équipements et installations de l'établissement et participez activement à la maintenance préventive et corrective de l'hôtel.

Au quotidien, on compte sur vous pour :

✨ Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et curative sur les installations techniques de l'hôtel.

✨ Diagnostiquer les pannes et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives adaptées.

✨ Assurer le suivi et le contrôle quotidien des équipements afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement.

✨ Participer à l'entretien des équipements de sécurité et au respect des règles de prévention des risques.

✨ Répondre aux demandes d'intervention des différents services dans les meilleurs délais.

✨ Assurer le suivi des interventions, des stocks et des équipements mis à disposition.

✨ Accompagner les prestataires extérieurs et veiller à la qualité des prestations réalisées.

✨ Participer aux travaux d'entretien, de rénovation et d'amélioration des installations de l'hôtel.

✨ Contribuer chaque jour à offrir aux clients un environnement sûr, fonctionnel et accueillant.

Poste à pouvoir pour janvier 2027

Qualifications

✨Excellente connaissance et gestion des installations techniques (CVC, électricité, SSI, plomberie...)

✨Maîtrise des outils informatiques techniques (GMAO, GTB, etc.)
