The posting

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du arbeitest in Beratungs- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekten bei Kunden wie AXA, BMW, der Deutschen Bahn und ZDF
  • Du konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst Softwarelösungen, in dem du AI-Methoden und Tools im gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess anwendest (z.B. LLMs, agentische Frameworks, Codegenerierung und Testautomatisierung)
  • Du baust Agentic-Workflows (Tool-Use/Function Calling, Planner/Executor, Multi-Agent-Patterns), definierst Guardrails und sorgst für zuverlässiges Verhalten
  • Du entwickelst RAG- und Retrieval-Architekturen (Embeddings, Chunking-Strategien, Re-Ranking), evaluierst Qualität systematisch und optimierst Latenz/Kosten
  • Du übernimmst bei Bedarf die fachliche Führung im Projektteam und gibst dein Wissen (z.B. über Schulungen) weiter
  • Beispielprojekte findest du unter Success-Stories

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder in einer vergleichbaren Disziplin erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über tiefgehende, praktische Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung (z. B. mit Python, Java, C#, TypeScript) und dem Einsatz von AI im Software-Engineering (z. B. Claude oder Copilot)
  • Du kennst AI-Algorithmen und ML-Grundlagen (z. B. Klassifikation, Clustering, Embeddings) und kannst AI-Systeme evaluieren
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit LLMs, agentischen Frameworks (z. B. LangChain, Semantic Kernel) sowie Prompting und Structured Outputs
  • Du bist vertraut mit agentischen Protokollen wie MCP und A2A
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg deines Projektteams bei
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1) und sehr gut Englisch (mindestens B2)
