The posting

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Engineering Workbench team, you will design and develop new features and enhancements across the full technology stack, with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, scalability, and security. You will own complex components end‑to‑end, contribute meaningfully to architecture and design discussions, and uphold best practices in code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD. You will work closely with development, IT, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into reliable, cloud‑native solutions running in AWS. What’s in it for you

Engaging projects focused on building robust, scalable, secure cloud-based solutions in AWS. Close collaboration with experienced software developers, ML engineers, data analysts, and researchers. Opportunity to influence technical direction at the service/component level within a flagship product used globally. Corporate support for personal growth and career development. Provision of all necessary equipment. Benefits: Medical package, Multisport, Life Insurance, and our internal Wellbeing program.

Responsibilities

Design & Develop cloud‑native applications and services with a focus on ease of use, performance, and scalability. Build solutions using the Microsoft .NET stack on AWS, following high standards for code, automated testing, and CI/CD. Contribute to architecture and framework decisions, proposing improvements aligned with project goals and constraints. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) to ensure iterative, incremental delivery. Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to establish, understand, and refine requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions. Ensure security, maintainability, and code quality through reviews, pair programming, and adherence to standards. Play an active role in on‑time, high‑quality delivery throughout the lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Implement and maintain automated tests (unit/integration/contract) and quality gates; increase coverage for critical paths. Contribute to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for reliable deployments. Support production operations: monitor, troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive preventive improvements. Create and maintain clear technical documentation for features, services, and interfaces. Mentor mid-level engineers, share best practices, and elevate team standards.

What we’re looking for

Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5–7+ years of experience in software development, including delivery of web‑based applications. Experience with microservices architecture and designing cloud‑native systems. Full‑stack development experience: backend expertise plus familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks (Angular or React). Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working across dev, IT, and product teams; proactive, curious, and action‑oriented. Good spoken and written English (B2 level or above).

Required knowledge / technologies

C# .NET Core, REST API, Angular, React, JavaScript, Module Federation. Docker, Containerization & Kubernetes. Amazon Web Services (AWS). Azure DevOps (for planning, repos, pipelines, and releases). Databases: solid SQL knowledge; ability to design schemas, write performant queries, and use ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework). Version control with Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
