BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS • At least one year of professional experience supporting PC or Mac computers, software, or hardware required. Relevant education or extensive technical training may be considered in place of employment experience. • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm, responsive, and professional when customers experience urgent technical issues. • Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware problems, prioritize competing requests, and follow issues through to resolution. • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and colleagues with varying levels of technical knowledge. • Ability to read and interpret instructions, technical documentation, procedural and policy manuals, and customer communications. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting issues, coordinating follow-up, and maintaining customer records. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with support staff, sales, management, and developers. • Availability to participate in assigned 24/7 on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for demonstrations, installations, training, and trade shows. • Experience with broadcast systems, graphics systems, or meteorological data preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
