The posting

  • Voor een van onze vaste klanten in de Antwerpse haven zijn we op zoek naar een mechanieker gespecialiseerd in elektromotoren. Als mechanieker voor elektromotoren zul je voornamelijk werken in de werkplaats, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het reviseren en uitlijnen van verschillende soorten elektromotoren.

Als mechanieker voor elektromotoren zul je de volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Het mechanisch reviseren van elektromotoren, dompelpompen, busmotorpompen, motor-reductoren, hoogspanningsmotoren, explosieveilige motoren, trilmotoren, enz.
  • Het revisieproces omvat het elektrisch testen van de wikkelingen, het demonteren van de machine, het reinigen en het binnen tolerantie brengen van gedemonteerde onderdelen, het vervangen van versleten of zwaar beschadigde onderdelen (zoals lagers, tandwielen, enz.), het monteren en ten slotte het uitvoeren van proeflopen en elektrische metingen.
  • Het uitlijnen van aandrijflijnen van machines en het werken met riemoverbrengingen.
  • Het opstellen van revisieverslagen met aandacht voor de oorzaken van schade.
  • Het verstrekken van technische feedback en het voorleggen van revisieoplossingen aan de werkvoorbereiders.
  • Je hebt de vaardigheid om technische tekeningen te lezen.
  • Je bezit kennis van aandrijvingen, lagers (zoals glijlagers), mechanische verbindingstechnieken en hebt hier al de nodige ervaring mee.
  • Het zelfstandig herstellen van de meeste types elektrische motoren behoort tot jouw expertise.
  • Je beschikt over basiskennis en ervaring met meettechnieken en toleranties.
  • Het uitvoeren van opdrachten binnen afgesproken deadlines is voor jou geen probleem. Bij eventuele complicaties overleg je met de verantwoordelijke.
  • Je bent continu bereid om bij te leren en neemt nieuwe informatie snel op om toe te passen in jouw werk.
  • Je legt de lat hoog wat betreft kwaliteit en volgt de technische veiligheidsvoorschriften consequent op.
  • Je bent punctueel, respecteert de pauzes en handelt correct, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend.
  • Als veelzijdige en positieve teamspeler ben jij een aanwinst voor het team.
