Wij zoeken een Assistent Store Manager in Gent, 32–38 uur.

Wat onze Assistant Store Managers doen

  • Wees de rechterhand door samen met de Store Manager te bouwen aan een sterk, servicegericht en gemotiveerd team.
  • Zorg dat alles soepel loopt door overzicht te houden op de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en waar nodig ondersteuning te bieden.
  • Focus op resultaten door KPI’s te volgen en bij te dragen aan het behalen van verkoop- en servicetargets samen met de Store Manager.
  • Bied service die opvalt door klanten met aandacht en expertise te begeleiden door het hele oogtesttraject.
  • Zet je optische skills in door klanten te helpen bij het kiezen van de juiste glazen en monturen, brillen nauwkeurig af te stellen en glazen op maat te slijpen.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands (basis Engels is een plus) is essentieel voor effectieve klantcommunicatie en samenwerking binnen het team.

  • €2,349.14 – 2,801.72 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, plus een maandelijkse bonus tot 16% wanneer de store targets worden behaald. Het salaris binnen deze range is afhankelijk van ervaring.
