Be the link that keeps our projects running smoothly. At Ace Water Pte Ltd, our Project Liaison Officer cum Driver is more than a driver. You'll get our team to project sites and client meetings, and you'll be a trusted point of contact for clients, contractors and suppliers. If you enjoy being on the move, meeting people and getting things done, this full-time role offers variety every day and a competitive salary range.

What you will do

Driving and logistics

  • Drive company personnel to project sites, client offices and other business locations.
  • Deliver and collect project documents, and assist with site visits.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Project liaison

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other parties on project-related matters.
  • Help build and maintain good working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, arrange meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Report client feedback, site concerns and potential issues to the Project Manager.

Coordination and admin

  • Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the project team.

What we are looking for

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Valid Singapore driving license with a good driving record.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to deal confidently with clients, contractors and site personnel.
  • Responsible and reliable, and willing to travel between project sites.
  • Experience in construction, project coordination, customer service or liaison work is an advantage, but not required.
