Read the numbers. Decide what we post next.
Ace is a creator marketing and growth agency in Winter Park. We run the social accounts, content, growth and monetization behind creator brands across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, YouTube, OnlyFans and link pages, on software and AI tools we built ourselves. Our clients work in the adult-content creator industry; Ace is the marketing and operations team behind them. You will not produce or appear in content, but you will need to be comfortable working with data for clients in that industry and handling confidential material with discretion.
We already collect the numbers. Automated daily reports write every platform's results into Google Sheets, and a Master Report rolls them up across every creator. What we do not have is a person who reads all of it, compares it against what works elsewhere, and tells the team what to change next. That is this job.
What you own
- The weekly read. Every creator, every platform: what is up, what is down, and why. A weekly growth readout for each creator and for the agency, with the three to five things that most need attention, each with the number it should move and by when.
- Diagnosis. When a creator's followers, views, link clicks or subscriber revenue drop, you find the cause in the data (posting cadence, content type, platform changes, account health, funnel leaks) and recommend the fix.
- Content direction. For each creator, you decide what to rerun, remake or test next, and write a clear brief with the reason and the number it should move. The social team produces, schedules and reviews it.
- What works, made repeatable. Which content, posting times, hooks, formats and funnels drive growth and revenue for which creators, and why a post worked beyond the numbers.
- Tests. Simple before-and-after or control comparisons for content and posting changes, with keep-or-stop results.
- Outside evidence. When our own data cannot answer a question, you research platform benchmarks, algorithm changes, competitor accounts and industry studies, and you label clearly what is confirmed Ace data, what is outside evidence, and what is a guess.
- Dashboards and summary sheets the team actually uses, built in Google Sheets and Looker Studio or similar on top of the existing reports, without duplicating them.
- Data quality. You catch stale reports, double counts, missing accounts and wrong date windows before a number reaches a decision, and you name the source, date range and time zone on every number.
- Plain English. You explain findings to nontechnical teammates and to the owner, in writing and in short weekly reviews.
This is an analysis and direction role, not a data-engineering role. The report pipelines exist and are owned by the technical team.
First 90 days, measured
- Day 30: You know every report, platform and creator, and leadership reads your weekly readout.
- Day 60: You have found and fixed at least one data-quality problem and run at least one measured content or posting test.
- Day 90: The social team's weekly plan and content picks per creator run on your readout, and at least one recommendation has moved a number the owner cares about.
Who thrives here
You have two or more years analyzing performance data for a social media, creator, e-commerce, marketing or subscription business, or portfolio proof that says the same. You are strong in Google Sheets or Excel: pivots, lookups, charts, cleaning messy exports, and building a summary someone else can read. You can point to a recommendation you made from data that a team acted on, with the measured result, and to a wrong number you caught before it caused a bad decision. You have chosen or shaped content from performance data and can say what happened after. You know how Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X and YouTube measure reach, engagement and follower growth, and how link-in-bio and subscription funnels are tracked. You write clearly.
Helpful, not required: SQL or basic Python; Looker Studio, Tableau or similar; creator-economy or OnlyFans experience; Vista Social or other scheduling tools; a hands-on creative background in content planning, social media management, copywriting or short-form video.
Please do not apply if
- You have never personally analyzed performance data and turned it into a recommendation someone acted on.
- You need a remote or hybrid week.
- You are not comfortable working with data for clients in the adult-content creator industry.
