A Copag, empresa reconhecida por sua trajetória e tradição no mercado brasileiro, está em busca de um(a) Analista de Sistemas Fluig Jr para integrar seu time de Tecnologia.

A posição terá como principal desafio atuar na administração, sustentação e evolução da plataforma TOTVS Fluig, contribuindo para a disponibilidade, governança, organização de workflows, integrações, documentação e melhoria contínua dos processos.

  • Atuar como responsável técnico-operacional pela plataforma TOTVS Fluig, garantindo sua administração, sustentação, disponibilidade, governança de acessos e evolução controlada.
  • Administrar usuários, grupos, papéis e permissões relacionados ao Fluig/BPM e Identity, garantindo aderência às regras de acesso e governança estabelecidas.
  • Administrar e sustentar workflows existentes, monitorando seu funcionamento, investigando incidentes e realizando correções dentro de sua autonomia.
  • Desenvolver e ajustar workflows de baixa e média complexidade, formulários, campos, validações e pequenas regras de negócio.
  • Apoiar a implementação de novos processos em conjunto com o Business Systems & Process Specialist e as áreas de negócio, transformando definições funcionais em configurações e pequenas evoluções dentro da plataforma.
  • Administrar de forma controlada os ambientes da aplicação, apoiando testes, homologação, implantação, documentação e gestão das mudanças.
  • Acompanhar consultorias e fornecedores nos desenvolvimentos de maior complexidade, participando do processo de implementação visando transferência de conhecimento e posterior sustentação interna.
  • Monitorar e diagnosticar falhas de workflows e integrações, corrigindo problemas dentro de sua autonomia ou realizando o escalonamento adequado com evidências técnicas.
  • Acompanhar atualizações da plataforma, realizando os testes e validações necessários sobre os componentes e processos sob responsabilidade da companhia.
  • Manter documentação dos workflows, formulários, configurações, integrações, papéis, acessos e alterações realizadas.
  • Atuar de acordo com os processos de governança de acessos e mudanças, garantindo que alterações sejam realizadas somente mediante processos devidamente autorizados, testados e documentados.

Requisitos:

Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento técnico obrigatório em TOTVS Fluig; BPM / Workflow; Desenvolvimento/manutenção de formulários Fluig; HTML; CSS; JavaScript; Troubleshooting de aplicações; Conceitos de usuários, grupos, papéis e permissões; Testes e homologação; Documentação técnica; Conceitos básicos de integração/API e SQL básico para consultas

Localização: Berrini - SP. Híbrido, 2x presenciais na semana e 3x remotos.
