Part-Time Accounting/Admin Assistant - Location: Ace Ford – Woodbury, NJ

Job Type: Part-time

Ace Ford is seeking a dependable, organized, and well-rounded Part-Time Admin/Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and office operations. The ideal candidate has general office and accounting experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Dealership experience is a plus.

Benefits

  • $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

  • Flexible weekday hours, with potential for additional hours

Responsibilities

  • Posting of parts and vehicle inventory
  • customer refunds, bank deposits, and credit card transactions
  • Review receivables and follow up with customers via phone and email
  • Maintain vendor files and accounting records
  • Provide phone, cashier, and receptionist coverage as needed
  • Scan, organize, maintain, and shred documents
  • Assist with general office duties, accounting tasks, and special projects

Qualifications

  • General office experience and computer proficiency required
  • Dealership accounting experience is a plus
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
