What We Offer

- A key role in a growing international organization

- Base salary: €3500 – €5500 per month + commissions €1000 – €2000 (no upper limit)

- The base salary depends on your experience and industry knowledge

- Commission levels are based on agreed sales targets

- Location: Vantaa, Finland – office‑first, with flexibility when needed

Your Role As an Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your pipeline — turning new opportunities into lasting customer relationships through a consultative and solution‑driven approach. Your success is supported by the SDR team, marketing, and our international sales organization with its tools, best practices, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and forecast your sales pipeline

- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions

- Conduct meetings and product demonstrations

- Negotiate and close deals

- Collaborate closely with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams

- Maintain CRM accuracy and achieve (or exceed) your sales targets

What We Value

- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology

- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in Finnish and in English

- A customer‑centric and solution‑oriented mindset

- Experience using CRM systems

- Proactive, self‑driven attitude

- Knowledge of the construction or building‑technology sector is an advantage

- Goal‑oriented approach and a passion for learning and development
