Registered Nurse ACH Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Residential Care Homes About ACH Group: For over 70 years, ACH Group a leading not-for-profit in aged care, has enriched the lives of older South Australians. With purpose led roles across residential care, retirement living, home and community care, health and wellness, social experiences and corporate teams, our workforce deliver impact for our residents and customers.  The role: Permanent and casual shifts are available for experienced Registered Nurses to support high quality clinical care and wellbeing across ACH Group’s Residential Care Homes located across Metropolitan Adelaide.  Working closely together in a multidisciplinary team, you will undertake nursing assessments, develop care plans and coordinate reviews, ensuring that Residents have a good life through inventions that promote independence and decision making by individuals.  What you’ll do:

Conduct assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and nursing interventions for residents Support the utmost wellbeing of residents Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Enrolled Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residents

 About You! You are a talented and passionate Nurse. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. 

Demonstrate significant experience as an RN Ability to maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest quality Excellent attention to detail High level of clinical competence Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Intermediate computer skills

 You will need:

A nursing qualification and current registered nurse registration with AHPRA To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life. A satisfactory police clearance for in aged care that is less than 12 months old before commencement
