Work in collaboration with a skilled care team that includes dedicated providers, benefits specialists, front desk receptionists, behavioral health consultants and others to provide quality health services and resources to meet our patients’ needs. Assist providers with onsite procedures. Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy and administer medications/vaccines directly to patients. Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments and reviewing medical records. Continue to grow your knowledge base through extensive clinical training and technical training with Epic, one of the leading Electronic Medical Record Systems globally.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1-year experience in a clinical office or health care environment in patient registration, referrals, medical assisting or customer service required. 1-year EHR Systems experience, preferred, EPIC a plus Bilingual/Spanish Beginning proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
