Om tjänsten Som arbetsledare hos Acira har du det övergripande ansvaret för våra dagliga städuppdrag som grovstädning, etablerings- och slutstäd på olika byggarbetsplatser runt om i Stor Stockholmsområde. Du fungerar som länk mellan ledningen, våra medarbetare på fältet och våra kunder. Din huvudsakliga uppgift är att säkerställa högsta kvalitet i leveransen och skapa en trivsam och effektiv arbetsmiljö. Tjänsten är en heltidsanställning med placering på vårt kontor i Vårby, men en stor del av din tid tillbringas ute på fältet med kvalitetskontroller, uppstart av nya uppdrag och täta dialoger med våra kunder .Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter • Ledarskap & schemaläggning: Leda, motivera städpersonalen i deras dagliga arbete samt ansvara för resurser, bemanning och schema planering. • Kvalitetsuppföljning: Genomföra regelbundna kvalitetskontroller på plats hos kund för att säkerställa att Aciras höga standard efterlevs. • Kundrelationer: Hantera löpande kontakt med befintliga kunder, följa upp kund nöjdhet samt hantera eventuella synpunkter och reklamationer på ett professionellt sätt. • Introduktion & utbildning: Ansvara för introduktion av nyanställda samt hålla i interna utbildningar inom städteknik, ergonomi och kemikaliehantering. Vem är du? Du är flexibel och även i arbetstider samt stresstålig och har en god förmåga att strukturera och prioritera arbetet även under intensiva perioder. Eftersom du har mycket kundkontakt är du serviceinriktad och kommunikativ och lösnings orienterad ledare som trivs i en dynamisk miljö med högt tempo. Krav för tjänsten: • Minst 2 års erfarenhet av byggstäd, etableringsstäd eller slutstäd • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbetsledning, team ledarskap eller liknande ansvar. • Goda kunskaper i svenska, tal och skrift. • B-körkort absolut krav (manuellt/automat). • God datorvana: erfarenhet av digitala schemaläggnings- och planeringsverktyg är meriterande.
