As People & Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Acne Studios Korea, you will support the daily operations of our People function in Korea, working across Talent Acquisition, Retail performance management, Operations, and Employee Relations. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective People processes while providing reliable and employee-focused support to our teams.

The role combines hands-on People Operations with close partnership with the business. You will play an important role in attracting and onboarding talent, supporting the performance and development of our Retail organization , and contributing to a positive day-to-day employee experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will report to Head of People, APAC. You will play a vital role in:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support Lead year-round recruitment activities, primarily for our Store team ensuring that we attract and hire the right talent to support the growth of the business. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles, determine the most effective sourcing channels, and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and selection through to offer and onboarding.

Retail Performance Management Partner closely with the Retail management team to review and manage Client Advisor performance throughout the year. This includes supporting clear expectation setting, ongoing performance follow-up and development, as well as coordinating appropriate actions for underperformance, ensuring a consistent and fair approach across the Retail organization.

HR Systems & Global Initiatives Manage day-to-day administration of our core HR system, HiBob, ensuring employee data is accurate and processes are maintained effectively. You will also support the local deployment of global People initiatives, adapting and coordinating them appropriately for the Korean organization.

Payroll & Operations Coordinate payroll and broader People Operations activities in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related questions and administrative requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and employee-focused support.

Employee Relations Support Employee Relations by acting as a trusted point of contact for employees, helping enhance their day-to-day experience and supporting the appropriate handling of workplace and ethical concerns.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a similar field
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, retail, or the fashion industry is a merit (3-5years)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
