Vil du være med til at udvikle og lede Aconsils CQV-område?

Aconsil er et projektkonsulenthus, der hjælper nogle af Danmarks førende pharma- og biotekvirksomheder. Vi søger en Head of CQV, som kan videreudvikle vores nuværende team og bidrage til den fortsatte vækst.

Du bliver ansvarlig for et CQV-team med dygtige og engagerede konsulenter. Rollen kræver solid CQV-erfaring, erfaring fra konsulentbranchen, kommerciel sans og lyst til at udvikle både medarbejdere, kunderelationer og forretning.

Om stillingen

Som Head of CQV bliver du en del af Aconsils ledergruppe og får en central rolle i udviklingen af vores CQV-forretning. Du får ansvar for at lede, sparre med og udvikle teamet, samtidig med at du selv indgår aktivt i kundeopgaver som konsulent.

Vi forventer, at du over de kommende år er med til at udbygge CQV-teamet med yderligere 3-6 medarbejdere. Det kræver, at du kan sætte retning, skabe følgeskab og se de kommercielle muligheder hos vores kunder.

Dine primære opgaver

  • lede og udvikle CQV-teamet med fokus på høj faglighed, trivsel og personlig udvikling
  • sikre, at teamets arbejde udføres i overensstemmelse med relevante CQV-principper og kundernes krav
  • aktivt salgsarbejde mhp. at sikre høj beskæftigelse i teamet, herunder udvikling af eksisterende kunder samt opsøgning af nye forretningsmuligheder inden for CQV
  • vedligeholde og udvikle kunderelationer, så teamets kompetencer bringes bedst muligt i spil
  • arbejde tæt sammen med ledergruppen om Aconsils fortsatte udvikling og vækst

Din profil

Vi forestiller os, at du har en stærk faglig baggrund inden for CQV og har erfaring fra pharma- eller biotekindustrien. Du trives i rollen som både faglig leder og konsulent, og du motiveres af at skabe resultater sammen med andre.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du har

  • solid erfaring med CQV-aktiviteter inden for pharma og/eller biotek
  • erfaring fra konsulentbranchen eller anden rådgivende rolle
  • gode samarbejdsevner og lyst til at lede og udvikle et stærkt team
  • kommerciel forståelse og gerne erfaring med konsulentsalg eller kundedialog
  • stærke kommunikationsevner på både dansk og engelsk
  • en relevant teknisk eller naturvidenskabelig uddannelse, fx som ingeniør
  • gerne tidligere erfaring med personaleledelse eller faglig ledelse
