A Aromarketing busca uma pessoa para atuar como Faturista, apoiando as operações de venda e distribuição. A função integra as atividades de faturamento e preparação de pedidos para expedição, com atenção à precisão das informações fiscais e financeiras, à integridade dos produtos e ao cumprimento dos prazos.

Principais responsabilidades

Faturar pedidos de venda, emitindo notas fiscais, boletos e demais documentos necessários de acordo com os dados cadastrados, os procedimentos internos e os requisitos fiscais aplicáveis. Conferir previamente informações do pedido, como cliente, produtos, quantidades, valores, condições comerciais e transportadora, identificando e comunicando divergências antes da emissão. Inspecionar visualmente produtos e embalagens antes da expedição, verificando integridade, identificação e condições adequadas para transporte. Apoiar a separação, conferência, embalagem, identificação e preparação dos pedidos, assegurando a correspondência entre os produtos físicos, os pedidos e os documentos emitidos. Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Logística, Comercial e demais equipes envolvidas, alinhando a liberação dos pedidos, o faturamento e a expedição. Acompanhar o fluxo de pedidos a faturar e expedir, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e das prioridades estabelecidas. Identificar e comunicar divergências relativas a pedidos, produtos, documentos ou faturamento, apoiando sua resolução antes da expedição. Manter organizados e atualizados os registros e documentos de faturamento e expedição, garantindo sua rastreabilidade e disponibilidade para consulta.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Ensino Médio completo. Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência com processos de picking, embalagem e faturamento. Conhecimento prático das etapas de conferência e preparação de pedidos para expedição. Atenção à conferência de dados de pedidos e documentos fiscais e financeiros.

Competências importantes

Organização e planejamento para acompanhar pedidos, documentos e prioridades. Capacidade analítica para identificar divergências e apoiar sua resolução. Agilidade na execução das rotinas, mantendo a precisão e a qualidade. Flexibilidade para lidar com demandas e prioridades operacionais. Conhecimento técnico relacionado às atividades de faturamento, picking e embalagem.
