A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

You will own and continuously improve a fast-growing Salesforce environment as the hands-on specialist for automation, AI, and integrations. You will keep the CRM reliable and organized, fix automation issues at the root cause, and turn business outcomes into scalable Salesforce solutions.

A major part of the role is designing and deploying Agentforce capabilities, connecting Salesforce to external AI services and internal agents, automating data enrichment, and integrating external systems so key operational data is visible directly in Salesforce. You will work directly with US stakeholders and take ownership from business need to working solution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Salesforce Platform Ownership

  • Own the day-to-day health, configuration, and organization of the Salesforce environment, including objects, fields, layouts, permissions, and data quality.
  • Standardize the user experience and data model so related processes, such as Leads and Opportunities, follow consistent structures, fields, and business rules.
  • Identify technical debt, inconsistent configuration, and scalability risks before they create operational issues.

Flow Automation and Troubleshooting

  • Investigate and resolve defects in Salesforce Flows, automations, and related business logic using a root-cause approach rather than temporary workarounds.
  • Design and build new Flows and automations from business outcomes and process requirements, not only maintain existing configuration.
  • Test changes in sandbox, assess downstream impact, and deploy through a controlled release process.

Agentforce and AI Automation

  • Design, build, test, and maintain Agentforce agents for real business use cases, including customer-facing or internal chatbot experiences.
  • Configure agent topics, instructions, and actions, and connect agents to Flows, prompt logic, Apex, or external services as required.
  • Integrate external AI or LLM-based services with Salesforce and with agents built outside Salesforce, using secure APIs and governed data access.
  • Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve agent behavior, reliability, and business outcomes.

AI-Assisted Data Enrichment

  • Build automations that identify missing or incorrect CRM information and enrich records from approved external sources.
  • Automate enrichment of fields such as business address, industry, employee count, and company profile information, while maintaining source traceability and data-quality controls.

External-System Integration

  • Design and implement an integration that makes relevant transaction data from an external payments platform visible on Salesforce Account or related records, so users no longer need to log in to the external system.
  • Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and Salesforce integration patterns to synchronize data securely and reliably.
  • Implement error handling, retry logic, logging, and monitoring for production integrations.

Business Partnership and Solution Design

  • Work directly with stakeholders to translate a business outcome into a practical Salesforce solution and explain trade-offs clearly.
  • Thrive in a fast-growing environment where processes change quickly and solutions must be scalable, not over-engineered.
  • Document solution design, key decisions, integrations, automation logic, and support procedures so nothing depends on tribal knowledge.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Must-Haves

  • Around 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience as an Administrator, Admin/Developer, Salesforce Developer, or equivalent. Depth of ownership matters more than title.
  • Proven experience personally building, testing, and deploying Agentforce agents in a production or real client environment. Training-only or certification-only exposure is not enough.
  • Advanced Salesforce Flow skills, including debugging complex automations, designing new flows, and understanding automation dependencies.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, or equivalent patterns.
  • Ability to work with Apex or invocable/custom actions where declarative automation is not enough, or equivalent hands-on developer capability.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud-style data models (Accounts, Leads, Opportunities), data quality, and field standardization.
  • Experience supporting a live production org and making changes through a disciplined sandbox, testing, and deployment process.
  • Ability to take a business outcome, clarify the underlying process, and independently design the solution without waiting for a fully specified ticket.
  • Experience working directly with US stakeholders or international teams in an offshore or distributed delivery model.

Good-to-Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and/or Platform Developer I.
  • Experience with Prompt Builder, Einstein capabilities, Data Cloud, or other Salesforce AI features.
  • Experience integrating external LLM/AI services or orchestrating workflows across Salesforce and non-Salesforce agents.
  • Experience with financial, payments, spend-management, or fintech integrations.
  • Experience with Git/Salesforce DX, CI/CD, DevOps Center, Gearset, or comparable release-management tools.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company where CRM processes and automation had to scale quickly.

  • Existing Flow and automation issues are resolved at the root cause and stop recurring.
  • New business processes move from stated outcome to working Salesforce automation with minimal hand-holding.
  • Agentforce runs in production for practical, measurable use cases, not just proofs of concept.
  • CRM records become more complete and consistent through governed enrichment automation.
  • Transaction data from the external payments platform is visible inside Salesforce through a reliable integration.
  • The Salesforce environment becomes easier to scale, troubleshoot, and understand as the business grows.
