O Analista Contábil Júnior é responsável pela execução das rotinas contábeis e fiscais das empresas do grupo, incluindo lançamentos, conciliações, apuração de tributos e obrigações acessórias, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos de fechamento, a aderência às normas contábeis e à legislação tributária. Atua no suporte ao fechamento mensal, às auditorias e à melhoria dos processos, assegurando a integridade e a confiabilidade das informações.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar os lançamentos contábeis, provisões e apropriações do fechamento mensal, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos pelo grupo. Elaborar e analisar as conciliações das contas patrimoniais, identificando e tratando divergências de forma tempestiva. Apoiar as conciliações e os saldos intercompany entre as empresas do grupo, contribuindo para a consistência do processo de consolidação. Apurar e conferir os tributos incidentes sobre a prestação e a tomada de serviços, incluindo ISS, PIS/COFINS e retenções na fonte (IRRF, CSRF e INSS). Apoiar a apuração de IRPJ e CSLL, bem como a elaboração e a revisão dos respectivos cálculos e memórias. Preparar e transmitir as obrigações acessórias, como EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb e EFD-Contribuições, e apoiar a entrega da ECD e da ECF, garantindo a conformidade com a legislação vigente. Conferir a escrituração dos documentos fiscais de entrada e saída e a emissão das guias de recolhimento. Acompanhar a regularidade fiscal das empresas do grupo, monitorando pendências e a emissão de certidões negativas junto aos órgãos competentes. Organizar e manter a documentação de suporte e as evidências dos controles internos (SOX), assegurando a rastreabilidade das informações. Atender às solicitações das auditorias externas e internas, fornecendo análises, relatórios e documentos de suporte. Apoiar a implementação de adequações decorrentes de mudanças normativas e tributárias, incluindo a Reforma Tributária (IBS/CBS). Contribuir para a padronização, a automação e a melhoria contínua dos processos contábeis e fiscais, propondo soluções que aumentem a eficiência e a confiabilidade das informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação

Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, concluída ou em andamento (a partir do 5º semestre).

Experiência

Experiência mínima de 1 ano em rotinas contábeis e/ou fiscais, em empresas ou escritórios de contabilidade. Vivência com fechamento contábil mensal, lançamentos e conciliações de contas patrimoniais. Conhecimento das rotinas de apuração de tributos sobre serviços (ISS, PIS/COFINS) e retenções na fonte.

Conhecimentos técnicos

Familiaridade com as obrigações acessórias do SPED e do EFD-Reinf (EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, EFD-Contribuições, ECD e ECF). Excel em nível intermediário, incluindo PROCV/PROCX, tabelas dinâmicas e fórmulas condicionais. Experiência com sistemas ERP.

Diferenciais

Inglês intermediário, especialmente para leitura e escrita. Experiência com ERP de grande porte (Workday, SAP, Oracle) e ferramentas de compliance fiscal. Vivência em empresas multinacionais, auditadas ou sujeitas a controles SOX. Conhecimento do regime de Lucro Real e de ambientes com múltiplas empresas. Conhecimento em Power BI ou em ferramentas de automação de processos.
