Job Summary: Looking to launch your professional career or explore a new career path? Acrisure is seeking motivated individuals, including recent graduates, early-career professionals, and experienced workers looking to transition into a new industry. This opportunity is ideal for those interested in developing expertise in client service, relationship management, business operations, and the Surety Bond industry.

The Client Experience Coordinator (internally titled Associate Account Manager) is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals eager to build a long-term career while gaining hands-on experience in a specialized and highly marketable area of insurance. No prior insurance experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for both individuals entering the workforce and those seeking a career change.

As part of Acrisure's Surety team, you will receive training, mentorship, and real-world experience supporting bond execution, client service activities, and account maintenance. Working alongside experienced Account Managers and Producers, you'll learn surety fundamentals, carrier requirements, internal systems, and client service best practices while developing the skills needed to progress into future account management opportunities.

Success in this role is measured by accuracy, timeliness, organization, service excellence, and demonstrated growth in surety knowledge. Whether you're beginning your professional journey or bringing transferable skills from another industry, you'll build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within Acrisure and the insurance industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure bond requests and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Request, collect, and follow up on underwriting and financial documentation.
  • Assist with bond renewals, cancellations, close-outs, and premium audits within assigned authority.
  • Coordinate routine requests with surety carriers under the direction of an Account Manager.
  • Communicate bond status updates and routine service information to clients, producers, and internal stakeholders as directed.
  • Act as a liaison with surety carriers for routine requests.
  • Maintain client bond files, financial records, and documentation within internal systems.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records comply with company standards.
  • Prepare routine correspondence and documentation.
  • Receive and distribute correspondence promptly.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and service support to promote workflow efficiency.
  • Assist Account Managers and Account Executives with servicing activities for assigned accounts.
  • Support team initiatives, training activities, and special projects.
  • Continue developing surety knowledge, systems proficiency, and client service skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates, early-career professionals, and individuals seeking a career change or transition into the insurance industry are encouraged to apply)
  • Previous insurance experience is not required; transferable skills from customer service, administration, operations, or other professional environments are valued.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
