Risk Assessment

  • Partner with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to evaluate compliance risks across business operations.
  • Assess the likelihood, impact, and potential exposure associated with non-compliance.
  • Support risk mitigation planning, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.

Monitoring, Assessments & Testing

  • Monitor business practices and employee adherence to Company governance documents, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct periodic compliance reviews, testing, and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities or areas requiring remediation.
  • Document findings and partner with business leaders to implement corrective actions.

Regulatory Agency Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies overseeing the Company’s operations.
  • Lead and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations.
  • Ensure the Company maintains transparent, cooperative, and professional regulatory relationships.

Internal Reporting & Data Insights

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc compliance reports for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and the Board (or a Committee), as necessary.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize compliance-related data into actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and real-time reporting mechanisms to promote transparency and program awareness.

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with Legal, ERM, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, and other departments to maintain alignment on compliance initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to discuss compliance issues, share regulatory updates, and coordinate efforts.
  • Travel as needed for internal meetings, regulatory interactions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Employee benefit laws
  • Licensing, sales practices, compensation requirements, and consumer protections
  • Cybersecurity and IT regulatory requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
