Budeš kľúčovým článkom medzi Across a sieťou finančných sprostredkovateľov. Pozícia spája rolu skúseného Sales Managera, Relationship Managera, produktového špecialistu a trénera.Hlavnou úlohou na tejto pozícii nebude produkty len vysvetľovať, ale predovšetkým nadchnúť a presvedčiť finančných sprostredkovateľov, aby produkty Across aktívne zaradili do svojej ponuky a zároveň im poskytovať odbornú a edukačnú podporu pri zložitejších otázkach. Hlavné zodpovednosti a náplň práceRozvoj distribučnej siete:· aktívne vyhľadávanie, budovanie a rozvíjanie vzťahov s TOP finančnými agentmi a sprostredkovateľskými sieťami po celom Slovensku· identifikácia kľúčových obchodníkov s vysokým potenciálom a tvorba stratégií pre ich aktiváciu· pravidelná práca v teréne (50–70 % času) – individuálne stretnutia, regionálne návštevy, prezentácie a networkingProduktová podpora a vzdelávanie:· „preklad“ zložitejších investičných produktov a tém do jednoduchého, presvedčivého obchodného jazyka· organizovanie a vedenie odborných školení, workshopov, webinárov, roadshows a investičných raňajok (pre skupiny od 5 do 100+ ľudí)· eskalácia a riešenie náročnejších odborných či administratívnych otázok agentov v spolupráci s internými oddeleniami (compliance, právne, produktové, custody IT)Tvorba a riadenie motivačných kampaní:· návrh, exekúcia a vyhodnocovanie obchodných a vzdelávacích kampaní · úzka spolupráca s právnym oddelením a compliance pri nastavovaní pravidiel odmeňovania za „nadvýkon“ v súlade s legislatívouCRM:· evidencia aktivít, histórie kontaktov, prezenčnej listiny školení· zber spätnej väzby z trhu na existujúce produkty a identifikácia príležitostí pre zlepšovanie produktu, predajného procesu a vývoj nových riešení
