Why Acrow?

Join a team that backs its people, puts customers first, and takes pride in doing the job properly.

Acrow Limited is a large scaffolding, formwork, falsework and event infrastructure company. With 400+ employees, we support industrial, commercial, civil and residential construction and maintenance, as well as major sporting, live music and cultural events. We’re well established, highly respected, and we’re taking things to new heights.

Grow With Us

As we establish and grow our presence in this new region, we’re looking for the right people to be part of the journey.

We have a strong culture of training, developing and promoting from within. Our leadership team is a great example of this. Our Regional Manager started in this Sector as a labourer and spent more than 20 years on the tools before progressing into management. Our local manager has a similar background, with extensive experience on the tools, and our supervisors have also progressed through the business.

We believe the best leaders understand the work because they have done it themselves.

This is an opportunity to join a growing branch where your skills, attitude and ambition can make a real difference. We’re not just looking for people to fill positions — we’re looking for people who want to help build and grow this region with us.

If you have the skills, experience and drive to be part of something from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

Please note: Passing pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing is a requirement of the role, as is having the right to live and work in New Zealand.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
