  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, maintenance requirements, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate the preparation of international residences ahead of the family's arrival.
  • Ensure properties are maintained efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve property operations and service standards.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to an established household team, including butlers, chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance personnel.
  • Oversee team structure, staff rotations, and workforce planning in line with operational requirements.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of household employees.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between household teams across different locations.
  • Work closely with security personnel and other support functions.

Property Projects, Maintenance & Renovations

  • Assess the condition of properties and establish priorities for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Oversee renovation, refurbishment, and property improvement projects.
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint reliable contractors, suppliers, and external specialists.
  • Manage tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure value for money.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality, and overall delivery.
  • Oversee ongoing projects, including a partial renovation of the primary London residence.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Oversee property budgets, operating expenses, and financial planning across the portfolio.
  • Ensure effective cost control and responsible allocation of resources.
  • Manage property lease agreements and coordinate with legal, financial, tax, and insurance advisors.
  • Evaluate potential new properties in collaboration with professional real estate brokers.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on property operations, expenditure, and ongoing projects.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential property management, preferably in a senior management or leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of the London luxury residential property market.
  • Established professional network of premium contractors, suppliers, service providers, and real estate professionals.
  • Proven experience overseeing household teams or luxury hospitality operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties or complex residential operations.
  • Strong project management background, including renovations, refurbishment, and contractor management.
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of property regulations, compliance, and operational best practices.
  • Outstanding leadership, organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Currently based in London or willing to relocate.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, particularly to the UAE, Cyprus, and other European destinations.

Working Arrangement & Benefits

  • London-based position with responsibility for an international property portfolio.
  • Monday–Friday working schedule, with weekends off as standard.
  • Flexible, self-managed working hours and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Regular international business travel.
  • All business travel expenses outside the UK covered, including accommodation, per diem, local transportation, visas, communications, and insurance.
  • Dedicated administrative and operational support, including assistance with procurement, documentation, payments, and staff travel arrangements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
