Hledáme zkušenou hlavní účetní, který/á se nezalekne komplexníagendy a chce mít reálný vliv na fungování společnosti.ACS, která je součástí mezinárodní skupiny 2JCP, je dynamicky se rozvíjejícíspolečnost působící v oblasti projektování a poskytování technických řešení, zejménapro energetiku a výstavbu industriálních celků. Společně s našimi zahraničními týmypodporujeme renomované zákazníky v oblasti výroby rozvaděčů, instalací, uváděnítechnologií do provozu a údržby systémů. Jsme středně velkáelektrotechnická/engineeringová společnost v Příbrami s nekonsolidovaným obratemcca 400 mil. Kč a dceřinými společnostmi v Bulharsku, Polsku, Německu a Rakousku.Společnost realizuje projektové zakázky (instalace, technologie) zejména v Evropě,účtuje v systému Helios a sestavuje konsolidovanou účetní závěrku dle českýchúčetních standardů.Hlavní náplň práce:• Vedení týmu 3 účetních• Kompletní odpovědnost za účetnictví dle českých účetních předpisů• Řízení měsíčních a ročních závěrek• Zajištění správnosti účtování (včetně časového rozlišení, dohadných položek,rezerv)• Příprava konsolidované účetní závěrky skupiny dle českých GAAP• Eliminace vnitroskupinových vztahů (tržby, náklady, pohledávky, závazky)• Spolupráce se zahraničními dcerami (Bulharsko, Polsko, Německo, Rakousko)Vysvětlivky viz 2. strana (nebo poslední strana).Zaškrtnutí platí křížkem i zatržením, oboje má ve formulářiDokument je platný dnem vydání• Nastavení a kontrola reportingového balíčku pro dcery• Zpracování a kontrola přiznání k DPH (měsíční/čtvrtletní)• Řešení přeshraniční DPH (reverse charge, registrace v zahraničí, instalace)• Spolupráce na dani z příjmů právnických osob• Komunikace s daňovými poradci a finančním úřadem• Účtování zakázkové výroby (nedokončená výroba, WIP)• Spolupráce s controllingem na metodice uznávání výnosů (milníky/%dokončení)• Kontrola marží projektů z účetního pohledu• Příprava podkladů pro audit (individuální i konsolidovaný)• Komunikace s auditory• Příprava podkladů pro management a vlastníkyPožadujeme:• Min. 5–8 let praxe v účetnictví, z toho alespoň 2–3 roky na seniorní pozici• Zkušenost s vedením účetnictví středně velké firmy• Zkušenost s konsolidací• Znalost českých účetních standardů (Czech GAAP)• Praktická znalost DPH, včetně přeshraničních transakcí• Velká výhoda - zkušenost s:o projektovým účetnictvím / WIPo mezinárodní skupinouo rozdíly mezi lokálními GAAP (PL, DE, AT, BG)o ERP Helios• Pokročilá znalost Excelu (kontingenční tabulky, práce s daty)• Jazyky: čeština – rodilý mluvčí, angličtina – min.
