Votre rôle chez nous:

Le/la Stagiaire Comptable assurera entre autres, les missions suivantes :

  • Saisie et l'imputation comptable
  • Réceptionner, enregistrer les Factures Navision en commun
  • Création fiches fournisseurs / Clients (+ Bank et Call back niveau 1)
  • Saisie des Banques
  • Préparer les listes de factures arrivant à échéance
  • Lettrage des comptes fournisseurs et clients
  • Contrôle des comptes d'attente. Corporate card et NAVAN
  • Collecte des pièces justificatives sur tous nos portails Total, Orange et autre

Votre expertise:

Pour réussir dans cette mission, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et désireux(se) de développer ses compétences en comptabilité.

  • Formation : Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac +2 à Bac +5 en comptabilité, gestion, finance ou dans un domaine similaire (BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, BUT GEA, DCG, Licence ou Master).
  • Expérience : Une première expérience en comptabilité serait appréciée, mais n'est pas obligatoire.
  • Compétences techniques : Vous possédez des connaissances de base en comptabilité générale et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel. La connaissance d'un logiciel comptable serait un plus.
  • Rigueur et organisation : Vous êtes méthodique, organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails, avec un bon esprit d'analyse.
  • Esprit d'équipe : Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, savez travailler en équipe et faites preuve de discrétion et de confidentialité.
  • Motivation : Vous êtes curieux(se), dynamique et souhaitez approfondir vos connaissances en comptabilité au sein d'un environnement professionnel stimulant.
