  • Document Government-directed task assignments, decisions, meeting outcomes, and follow-up actions in designated tracking systems and records repositories.
  • Support surge requirements associated with executive taskers, senior-leader engagements, major industrial-base initiatives, and time-sensitive Department of the Navy requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 8+ years’ experience in program analysis, program coordination, management analysis, defense acquisition support, project controls, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining schedules, actions, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and program documentation for complex efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, deadlines, suspenses, and coordination requirements in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional written products, including memoranda, correspondence, briefing materials, meeting summaries, information papers, and action-item trackers.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, sound organizational practices, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information appropriately.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • The position may require support outside normal business hours to meet time-sensitive taskers, executive requirements, and major industrial-base initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
