Wij zoeken een Account manager die relaties niet alleen beheert, maar uitbouwt tot duurzame partnerships.

Als account manager bij Actemium sta je in voor advies naar industriële klanten in de proces industrie.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Overleg met klanten over functionaliteit en technische oplossing.
  • Prijscalculatie en technisch uitwerken van offertes. Inwinnen van informatie binnen het eigen team en prijsvraag bij leveranciers en contractors.
  • Commerciële opvolging en negotiatie bij de klant.
  • Coachen en leiden van het projectteam. Je staat hiernaast borg voor budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Gedurende de looptijd van het project blijf je het commerciële resultaat én de klanttevredenheid bewaken.
  • Consolideren en rapporteren van de projectresultaten aan de business unit manager.
  • Actief meewerken aan continue verbeteringen van onze interne processen.
  • Volgen van marktevoluties & nieuwe technologieën op jouw domein.
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van relaties met strategische leveranciers & contractors.
  • Meewerken aan de strategie van de business units en het verder uitbouwen van het segment.
  • Persoonlijk vervolmakingstraject en opleiding (project management, onderhandelen, coaching, leadership, …).

Dit breng jij mee!

  • Master of bachelor elektriciteit, elektronica of elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse of ervaring in de proces industrie Life Sciences of Chemie.
  • Het is een must om ervaring te hebben (minimaal 3jaar) in automatisatieprojecten, indien ook een commerciële ervaring dan is deze laatste een surplus!
  • Je bent je ook bewust dat we een automatisatie oplossing verkopen en geen product.
  • Je bent initiatiefnemer, technisch creatief, adviesvaardig, communicatief en klantgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent welkom in onze kantoren te Merelbeke en/of Herentals.
