Ben jij een ervaren projectleider met een sterke technische kennis van dakwerken?

Wij zijn opzoek naar een gedreven projectleider om ons team te versterken.Klanten kunnen bij ons terecht voor een begeleiding van A tot Z tijdens de renovatie van hun woning.Ook houtskeletbouw, dakwerken en badkamerrenovatie behoort tot onze specialiteit.

Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algemene opvolging en coördinatie van de werven in de provincie Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen van arbeiders, onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit
  • Bestellen van de nodige materialen
  • Instaan voor de volledige werkvoorbereiding
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en andere betrokken partijen
  • Opvolgen van de werven en deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen
  • Coördineren van de oplevering van de projecten
  • Uitvoeren van nacalculaties

Je kan minimaal 5 jaar ervaring voorleggen binnen bovenstaande verantwoordelijkheden.Dankzij jouw expertise weet je technische uitdagingen op de werf correct in te schatten en gericht op te lossen.

Je komt terecht in een KMO onder leiding van een jonge zaakvoerder. Bovendien krijg je heel wat mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en mee te groeien met de firma.
