Als junior BIM Modelleur ondersteun je bij het opbouwen, analyseren en optimaliseren van digitale bouwmodellen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

3D BIM modellering & ontwerp

  • Je werkt mee aan het opbouwen en verfijnen van 3D BIM-modellen voor diverse bouwprojecten.
  • Je helpt bij het modelleren van bouwkundige elementen en constructies.
  • Je analyseert plannen en denkt mee over praktische uitvoeringsmogelijkheden.
  • Je leert hoe digitale modellen bijdragen aan een efficiënter bouwproces.

BIM-coördinatie & technische samenwerking

  • Je ondersteunt bij het controleren van modellen en het detecteren van mogelijke conflicten tussen verschillende bouwdisciplines.
  • Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders, tekenaars en andere bouwpartners.
  • Je helpt mee bij de technische voorbereiding en opvolging van projecten.

Innovatie & ontwikkeling

  • Je maakt kennis met moderne BIM-processen en digitale bouwtechnieken.
  • Je helpt mee om BIM-processen verder te optimaliseren en te standaardiseren.
  • Je volgt opleidingen en groeit door naar meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen BIM.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector of in een gelijkaardige BIM-functie is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met BIM-software zoals: Revit, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, (troef indien kennis BIM coördinatietools)
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (kennis van Frans is een pluspunt)
