Als preventieadviseur ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het uitbouwen en versterken van het preventiebeleid binnen onze bouwprojecten.

Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werven en werkt nauw samen met werf- en projectleiding om veiligheid structureel te verankeren in alle activiteiten.

Je draagt actief bij aan het creëren van een veilige werkomgeving en het continu verbeteren van onze preventieaanpak.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses op de werf en formuleren van concrete verbetermaatregelen.
  • Actief uitvoeren van veiligheidsinspecties en opstellen van rapporten.
  • Uitwerken van veiligheidsprocedures en toolboxmeetings.
  • Adviseren van werf- en projectleiding bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden op vlak van veiligheid.
  • Optimaliseren en ontwikkelen van preventiemaatregelen om incidenten en ongevallen te voorkomen.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van veiligheidsvergaderingen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor alle veiligheid gerelateerde vragen op de werf.
  • Samenwerken met en ondersteunen van de veiligheidscoördinator.
  • Actief meebouwen aan een sterke en gedragen veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2, aangevuld met relevante ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B.
