Wil jij meewerken aan veilig en efficiënt spoorverkeer?Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van teams op technische werven?En zoek je een functie waarin organisatie, techniek en leiderschap samenkomen? Dan is deze rol als werfleider spoor- en seininfrastructuur een interessante volgende stap.

Als werfleider rail- en seingevingsprojecten ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de werf.Jij stuurt een ervaren team aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Werfcoördinatie

  • Dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van spoor- en seingevingswerven
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van ploegen en technische medewerkers
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden

Planning & projectopvolging

  • Beheren van planningen en budgetten
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang van projecten en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • Rapporteren aan het management over de stand van zaken

Communicatie & samenwerking

  • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie tussen werfteam en management
  • Motiveren van medewerkers en zorgen voor een goede werksfeer
  • Coördineren van activiteiten met verschillende stakeholders

Veiligheid & kwaliteit

  • Waken over veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werf
  • Zorgen dat projecten volgens de geldende normen en procedures worden uitgevoerd
  • Sporadisch nachtwerk wanneer projecten dit vereisen
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master opleiding bouw of elektromechanica.
  • Geen geschikt diploma? Dan heb je sterke relevante ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare affiniteit met mechanica en hydraulica, werf- en spoor gerelateerde machines.
