For vores kunde Jøma Lift Teknik A/S i Kolding søger vi en skarp lagerkoordinator, som vil spille en central rolle på lageret og i reservedelsindleveringstjenesten. Jøma er i rivende udvikling inden for en spændende nichebranche, og her får du muligheden for at præge hverdagen og udvikle dig fagligt.

Dine primære opgaver Du får en alsidig hverdag med en god blanding af kundekontakt, lagerdrift og administrativt overblik:

  • Reservedelsekspedition: Daglig ekspedition til både interne teknikere og eksterne kunder.
  • Lagerstyring & ERP: Registrering, opdatering af lagerbeholdning og optimering af processer i ERP-systemet.
  • Rådgivning: Teknisk sparring og rådgivning om reservedele til personlifte og tilhørende udstyr.
  • Indkøb & opfølgning: Bestilling af varer og løbende opfølgning hos leverandører.
  • Logistik & samarbejde: Tæt tovholderi på forsendelser og dagligt samarbejde med værksted, serviceafdeling og indkøb.

Hvem er du? Vi forestiller os, at du har hænderne skruet ordentligt på og trives i en udadvendt rolle:

  • Erfaring: Du har erfaring fra en lignende rolle – meget gerne fra teknisk udstyr, maskiner eller automations-/liftbranchen.
  • Struktureret & teknisk: Du har god ordenssans, teknisk forståelse og nemt ved at sætte dig ind i reservedelskataloger.
  • IT-flair: Du har erfaring med lagerstyringssystemer og generel IT-forståelse.
  • Serviceminded holdspiller: Du møder kunder og kolleger med et godt humør, bevarer overblikket i travle perioder og arbejder løsningsorienteret.
