Functieomschrijving:

  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor de onderhoudsplanning en dagelijkse opvolging van interne en externe techniekers.
  • Bewaken van voortgang en kwaliteit van onderhoudswerken, met tijdige bijsturing waar nodig.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het technisch team.
  • Organiseren van opleidingen en stimuleren van een proactieve, hands-on werkcultuur.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met afdelingsverantwoordelijken rond prioriteiten, storingen en planning.
  • Zorgen voor heldere en tijdige communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen.
  • Up-to-date houden en optimaliseren van onderhoudsschema’s, procedures en instructies.
  • Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Waarborgen van kwaliteit en strikt naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Analyseren van technische problemen en uitwerken van duurzame oplossingen.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Sterke technische kennis van machines en onderhoud.
  • Analytisch ingesteld én hands-on in de uitvoering.
  • Ondernemend, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgedreven.
  • Neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en nauwkeurige werkstijl.
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden (Excel vereist, SAP is een plus).
  • In staat om data te analyseren en om te zetten in concrete acties.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en continue verbeteringsmindset.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans.
