Overloop even mee hoe je dag er kan uitzien:

  • Je mag vele producten zelf afbakken, volgens een duidelijk bakschema.
  • Je werkt samen met 3 à 4 collega’s: 2 collega’s werken met de vroege, 1 met de late
  • Je verzorgt ook de verkoop op deze afdeling, dus je hebt een fijn contact met de klanten.
  • Af en toe mag je ook creatief uit de hoek komen. Komt er bijvoorbeeld een nieuw suikerbrood in het gamma? Dan mag jij lekkere proevertjes organiseren!
  • Je werkt voltijds in een 35 uren stelsel, dat betekent: 7 uur per dag werken, met 30 minuten pauze en extra 10 minuten pauze. De winkel is open van 6u tot 20u, dus logisch dat er in shiften wordt gewerkt. Maar goed om weten: De uren worden besproken en je krijgt een vaste vrije dag in de week, zodat je dit makkelijk kan koppelen met je privéleven
  • ‘En zondagwerk?’ horen we je al vragen. Klopt: ook op zondag wordt er gewerkt van 6u tot 12.15u. Maar jij en je collega’s werken afwisselend op zaterdag of op zondag. En uiteraard krijg je daarvoor een vrije dag in de week.
  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs, de richting is niet belangrijk, wel je denkniveau.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Maar het allerbelangrijkste: je barst van de ‘ goesting’ om hier aan de slag te gaan. En die vriendelijke glimlach, die moet je natuurlijk ook elke dag meebrengen.
  • Kartrekker (moet de collega’s mee kunnen coachen en zorgen voor een goed verloop van de processen binnen de bakkerij en meedenken over commerciële acties bij bijvoorbeeld een teveel aan chocoladebroodjes)
