The posting

Onze klant is een ambachtelijke bakkerij op grote schaal met drie productiesites. Elke nacht bereiden de bakkers heerlijke broden en gebak op basis van traditionele recepten en kwaliteitsvolle grondstoffen. Vanaf de vroege ochtend leveren de vrachtwagens verse producten aan supermarkten en klanten.

In het kader van hun activiteiten is onze klant momenteel op zoek naar een productiemedewerker voeding (M/V/X) voor de vestiging in Asse.

Jouw functie:

  • Bereiden, verwerken en afwerken van brood- en banketproducten.
  • Decoreren en garneren van producten.
  • Uit de vorm halen, verzamelen en verpakken van broden, sandwiches en gebak.
  • Dozen vouwen met behulp van een aangepaste machine.
  • Materiaal reinigen, manueel of met behulp van een industriële vaatwasmachine.
  • Zorgen voor de netheid en het onderhoud van de werkplek.
  • Bestellingen voor klanten klaarmaken.
  • De kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften naleven.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt idealiter over een eerste ervaring in de voedingssector en/of in een productieomgeving.
  • Je kent de regels rond hygiëne en voedselveiligheid, met name de HACCP-normen.
  • Je respecteert de kwaliteitsprocedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt van afwisselende taken en teamwork.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent stipt, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent bereid om in het weekend te werken en variabele uurroosters te respecteren.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands.
  • Motivatie, ernst en de bereidheid om bij te leren zijn essentiële troeven om succesvol te zijn in deze functie.

Werkuren:

  • Ochtendploeg van 06.00 uur tot 14.00 uur.
  • Je werkt 5 dagen per week of van maandag tot en met zondag.
  • Er wordt enige flexibiliteit gevraagd om, afhankelijk van de productiebehoeften, occasioneel in de namiddag- of nachtploeg te werken.
