Ben jij technisch aangelegd, geboeid door TV, audio en multimedia en los je graag technische problemen op?

Werk je bovendien graag zelfstandig op de baan en rechtstreeks bij klanten?

Dan is deze functie als Service Technieker TV & Multimedia misschien jouw volgende uitdaging.

Je rijdt dagelijks naar klanten in West-Vlaanderen voor installaties, herstellingen en technische interventies aan televisies en multimedia-apparatuur.

Je analyseert problemen, zoekt naar een duurzame oplossingen zorgt ervoor dat de klant zijn toestel opnieuw correct kan gebruiken.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Zelfstandig rijden naar klanten in Regio West-Vlaanderen
  • Installeert en configureert televisies en multimedia apparatuur
  • Voert technische herstellingen en interventies uit
  • Analyseert storingen en stelt een correcte diagnose
  • Zoekt naar een efficiënte en duurzame technische oplossing
  • Helpt klanten met vragen over hun apparatuur
  • Legt op een duidelijke manier uit hoe toestellen en functies werken
  • Volgt de dagelijkse planning zelfstandig op
  • Houdt contact met je Team Leader en collega's over lopende interventies
  • Zorgt bij iedere klant voor een professionele en klantgerichte service
  • Technische opleiding gevolgd binnen bijvoorbeeld elektronica, elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • Ervaring met TV, audio, video of multimedia is een sterke troef
  • Beschikt over rijbewijs B
  • Bereid om je verder technisch bij te scholen
  • Beschikbaar om gemiddeld 2 zaterdagen per maand te werken
