The posting

Ben jij sterk in planning, hou je gemakkelijk het overzicht en krijg je energie van een logistieke omgeving waarin elke dag anders is?

Voor een organisatie met activiteiten over heel België zoeken we een ervaren Transportplanner / Logistiek Coördinator die de dagelijkse dienstverlening mee organiseert en opvolgt.

Je vormt de schakel tussen chauffeurs, administratie en operationele werking.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning klopt, chauffeurs weten waar ze aan toe zijn en eventuele problemen snel worden opgelost.

Daarnaast krijg je een belangrijke rol in het wagenparkbeheer en de verdere digitalisering van de rondritten.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Organiseert en volgt dagelijks de transport- en dienstverlening op nationaal niveau
  • Onderhoudt dagelijks contact met de chauffeurs en ondersteunt hen bij praktische vragen
  • Bewaakt de planning en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Zorgt voor een correcte dagelijkse rapportering naar de administratie
  • Volgt transportdossiers en opdrachten nauwgezet op
  • Organiseert de verwerking en opvolging van orders
  • Staat mee in voor het beheer van het wagenpark
  • Volgt de activiteiten en prestaties van de operationele werking op
  • Ondersteunt de overgang naar een meer digitale planning en opvolging van de rondritten
  • Grijpt snel in bij wijzigingen, vertragingen of andere onverwachte situaties
  • Beschikt over een graduaat binnen transport en logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen transport, logistiek, planning of fleetbeheer
  • Zeer goed Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B
