Jouw uitdagingOnze klant is een gevestigde en innovatieve speler met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in hoogwaardige technische en decoratieve toepassingen. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Area Sales Manager.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je accountmanagement, business development en productontwikkeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van bestaande klantenrelaties én het creëren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten, met een focus op België en Nederland.

Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenBeheer van een bestaande klantenportefeuilleJe neemt een bestaande klantenportefeuille over en bouwt deze verder uit.Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met klanten en bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt.Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en vertaalt deze naar technische of decoratieve oplossingen op maat.Je maakt offertes op en begeleidt projecten van A tot Z.Je realiseert de vooropgestelde commerciële doelstellingen.Ontwikkeling van nieuwe marktenJe gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.Je identificeert groeimarkten en ontwikkelt nieuwe marktsegmenten.Je bouwt langdurige partnerships uit met zowel nationale als internationale klanten.Je draagt bij aan de verdere uitbreiding van het productaanbod.Business DevelopmentJe denkt mee na over nieuwe producten en innovatieve toepassingen.Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar commerciële kansen.Je werkt nauw samen met productie, R&D en management om nieuwe oplossingen succesvol in de markt te brengen.Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei en strategische ontwikkeling van onze klant.

Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Een technische achtergrond of sterke technische affiniteit is een grote troef.Ervaring binnen een B2B-salesomgeving in een technische sector is een pluspunt.Kennis van technische non-wovens of textiel is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.Je bent commercieel ingesteld, resultaatgericht en ondernemend.Je bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame relaties op met klanten.Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Extra talen zijn een plus.Je bent bereid regelmatig klanten te bezoeken en af en toe te overnachten in het buitenland.
