Het beheer van een Nederlandse en Belgische klantenportefeuille: ontvangst van e-mails, invoeren van bestellingen, klanten informeren over producten/prijzen/voorraadbeschikbaarheid, beheer van backorders, oplossen van allerlei problemen (foute leveringen, verlies van goederen, problemen met facturen, …), facturatie, opmaak van creditnota’s, enz.Het verzorgen van het telefonisch onthaal.Het opstellen en updaten van geïllustreerde prijslijsten.Het opmaken van offertes voor klanten, met voorstelling van producten, beschrijvingen, technische fiches, prijzen, …Het voorbereiden van diverse lijsten en rapporten voor het sales team zodat zij deze aan klanten kunnen presenteren.Beheer van een Nederlandstalige klantenportefeuille via verschillende verkoopkanalen, waaronder e-commerceplatformen zoals Bol.com en Amazon.Opvolging van de volledige levenscyclus van bestellingen, van ontvangst tot levering, inclusief klantenadvies over prijzen, voorraad, kortingen en levertermijnen.Het up-to-date houden van de webshop en de ERP-database: toevoegen van nieuwe producten, verwijderen van verouderde producten en zorgen voor een optimale gebruikerservaring.Het actualiseren van prijslijsten en ondersteunen van dealers door verkoopmateriaal en productinformatie aan te leveren voor websites en brochures.

  • Nederlandstalig met een goede basiskennis van Frans en Engels. Je weet je vlot uit te drukken in zowel gesproken als geschreven taal.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office, vooral Excel. Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central is een plus.
  • Je hebt al minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur met het verwerken van bestellingen.
  • Administratief sterk en klantgericht, met oog voor detail, professionaliteit en een zelfstandige werkhouding.
