Als Internal Sales Generalist ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klant, sales en interne diensten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van aanvragen, maakt offertes op maat en biedt klanten professioneel advies. Dankzij jouw commerciële feeling en nauwkeurige aanpak zorg je ervoor dat opportuniteiten worden omgezet in succesvolle samenwerkingen.

Jouw taken

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt hen met professioneel advies.
  • Je analyseert aanvragen en werkt offertes uit op maat van de klant.
  • Je volgt offertes actief op en detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt de buitendienst bij technische en commerciële vraagstukken.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met verschillende interne afdelingen om dossiers vlot af te handelen.
  • Je beheert klantgegevens en offertes correct in het CRM-systeem.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen de interne salesprocessen.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in een dynamische omgeving. Daarnaast heb je een commerciële mindset en schrik je niet terug van een technische uitdaging.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor-denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst of sales support functie.
  • Een vlotte kennis van MS Office en CRM-systemen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Een proactieve houding en een echte teamspirit.
