Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een scherp oog voor cijfers, structuur en ben je klantgericht? Wil je een sleutelrol vervullen waarin je niet alleen het financiële beheer naar een hoger niveau tilt, maar ook het gezicht en het aanspreekpunt van ons kantoor bent?

Als Financieel & Administratief medewerker / Office Manager ben jij de organisatorische motor van het bedrijf.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit:

  • Onthaal, telefonie & kantoororganisatie:Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor binnenkomende telefoons. Hartelijk en professioneel verwelkomen van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers. Toezien op een net, representatief en ordelijk kantoor (waaronder de ontvangstruimte, vergaderzalen en algemene ruimtes). Beheer en voorbereiding van de vergaderruimtes (ontvangst, catering, voorzieningen).
  • Financieel Beheer & Facturatie:Opmaken, controleren en versturen van verkoopfacturen. Verwerken en inboeken van aankoopfacturen. Opvolgen van betalingen, debiteurenbeheer en opstellen van herinneringen. Voorbereiden van gegevens voor het extern boekhoudkantoor (btw-aangiftes, jaarafsluiting, etc.). Bewaken van de cashflow, opstellen van financiële rapportages en budgetopvolging.
  • Aankopen & Bestellingen:Beheren van het aankoopproces: van offerteaanvraag tot leveringscontrole. Onderhandelen over voorwaarden en prijzen met leveranciers. Beheer van de voorraad kantoormaterialen, verbruiksgoederen en facilitaire benodigdheden.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare, uitgebreide ervaring in financieel beheer en algemene administratie.
  • Grondige kennis van boekhoudkundige principes, facturatieprocessen en vlot met Excel.
  • Je zal werken met Yuki en Teamleader om de facturen op te maken.
  • Cijfermatig sterk, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Representatief, klantgericht en vriendelijk aan de telefoon en aan de balie.
  • Oog voor detail en een ordelijke werkomgeving.
  • Proactief en in staat om zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Talen: Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans.
