Ben jij technisch onderlegd, commercieel sterk en hou je ervan om de juiste aankoopbeslissingen te nemen? Heb je inzicht in mechanische en elektrische onderdelen en kan je technische tekeningen vlot interpreteren? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als Technisch Aankoper vorm je de schakel tussen Engineering, Productie en leveranciers. Je vertaalt technische behoeften naar concrete bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen tijdig, aan de juiste kwaliteit en tegen een correcte prijs beschikbaar zijn.

  • Het analyseren en interpreteren van mechanische technische tekeningen, 2D/3D-CAD-modellen, samenstellingen en stuklijsten (BOM).
  • Het vertalen van technische informatie naar concrete aankoopbehoeften en de juiste hoeveelheden voor productie en assemblage.
  • De aankoop van uiteenlopende mechanische en elektrische onderdelen, bevestigingsmaterialen, plaatwerk, draai- en freesdelen en assemblageproducten.
  • Het opvragen van offertes bij bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers, waarbij je de voorstellen zowel technisch als commercieel beoordeelt en vergelijkt.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en technische conformiteit door specificaties, materialen, afmetingen en toleranties zorgvuldig te controleren.
  • Het afwegen van aankoopprijzen, minimumafnames, verpakkingseenheden, transportkosten en leveringsvoorwaarden om tot de beste aankoopkeuzes te komen.
  • Het bepalen van efficiënte bestelhoeveelheden, rekening houdend met de productieplanning, voorraad, historisch verbruik en levertijden.
  • Het tijdig opsporen van prijsafwijkingen, technische onduidelijkheden, mogelijke tekorten en leveringsrisico's.
  • Het meedenken over technisch en commercieel interessante alternatieven, in overleg met Engineering voor technisch kritische onderdelen.
  • Een nauwgezette opvolging van bestellingen, orderbevestigingen en levertermijnen tot de correcte levering.
  • Het up-to-date houden van artikel-, leveranciers- en aankoopgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Een vlotte samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen, waaronder Engineering, Productie, Magazijn, Logistiek en Finance.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare richting, of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in technische aankoop, werkvoorbereiding of een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van CAD-software, zoals Autodesk Inventor. Kennis van ERP-systemen en SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Excel.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch, communicatief en proactief ingesteld.
  • Je bent technisch nieuwsgierig en combineert technisch inzicht met commercieel gezond verstand.
