Als Assistant-Shopmanager ben je de rechterhand van de filiaalleider. Je zorgt mee voor een vlekkeloze werking van het filiaal: van taakverdeling en administratieve opvolging tot het inspireren van je team op de winkelvloer.

Samen met de Shopmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en financiële resultaten van het filiaal. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd met een glimlach buitengaan én dat jouw collega’s bij jou terechtkunnen bij vragen of uitdagingen.

Je staat stevig in je schoenen, denkt oplossingsgericht en durft initiatief nemen. Zelf meeverkopen? Absoluut! Want jouw hart klopt voor sales, klanttevredenheid en teamwork.

  • Je bent een geboren verkoper met een passie voor technologie en klantbeleving.
  • Je haalt energie uit het ondersteunen van een team en het samen realiseren van commerciële successen.
  • Je bent sterk in het organiseren en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er altijd tiptop bij ligt
  • Je staat je mannetje/vrouwtje in de verkoop én neemt vlot de leiding bij afwezigheid van de shopmanager
  • Je communiceert helder en vlot met klanten, collega’s, vertegenwoordigers en je zaakvoerder
  • Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de laatste promoties van merken zoals Telenet, BASE, Eneco, Apple, HP en vele
