Voor een gevestigde onderneming binnen de automotive sector zoeken we in Gent een Technisch Adviseur. Je vormt de belangrijke schakel tussen de klanten en de werkplaats en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt.

Als Technisch Adviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun wagen binnenbrengen voor onderhoud of herstelling. Je begeleidt hen van het eerste contact tot het moment waarop ze hun voertuig opnieuw ophalen.

Je takenpakket

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en verder helpen aan de balie
  • Klanten telefonisch en per mail te woord staan
  • Afspraken inplannen voor onderhoud en herstellingen
  • Werkorders opmaken en administratief opvolgen
  • Klantendossiers beheren en up-to-date houden
  • Facturatie correct verwerken en toelichten aan klanten
  • Klanten informeren over de voortgang van hun onderhoud of herstelling
  • Duidelijke uitleg geven over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en facturen
  • Regelmatig overleggen met collega's van de werkplaats, naverkoop en showroom
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klanten en de technische dienst
  • Technische kennis van voertuigen of auto-onderdelen is een pluspunt
  • Klantvriendelijke en communicatieve persoonlijkheid
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig kunnen werken
  • Goede computervaardigheden en vlot kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende programma's
  • Stressbestendige en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
