Als onze Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator speel je een belangrijke rol in het garanderen van een vlotte en efficiënte logistieke werking. Van het coördineren van internationale zendingen en magazijnactiviteiten tot het ondersteunen van tijdige leveringen: jij helpt onze supply chain optimaal te laten functioneren.

Logistiek & TransportbeheerJe plant en coördineert inkomende en uitgaande zendingen en zorgt ervoor dat goederen correct worden verwerkt en tijdig worden geleverd. Je beheert de magazijnstromen tussen onze vestigingen in België en Duitsland, coördineert containerboekingen via ons ERP-systeem en ondersteunt de maandelijkse voorraadtellingen.

Operationele CoördinatieVoor internationale zendingen onderhoud je contact met transportpartners, relevante stakeholders en douaneautoriteiten om een vlot transport en een correcte douaneafhandeling te verzekeren.

Daarnaast volg je de status van zendingen en pakketten op en zorg je ervoor dat scan-, distributie- en overdrachtsprocessen nauwkeurig en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.

Communicatie & ProbleemoplossingJe bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over magazijnen, transport en de status van zendingen. Wanneer zich onverwachte problemen voordoen, reageer je snel en proactief, coördineer je de nodige acties en houd je alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte.

Procesverbetering & AdministratieJe gaat actief op zoek naar mogelijkheden om onze logistieke en magazijnprocessen te verbeteren en draagt ideeën aan die de operationele efficiëntie verhogen.

Teamwerk & Operationele UitmuntendheidSamen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat zendingen tijdig worden verwerkt en klaarstaan voor levering aan onze chauffeurs. Je houdt nauwkeurige rapporten bij over goederenstromen, incidenten en de operationele status en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.

Wanneer nodig steek je bovendien graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen om het team te ondersteunen bij operationele werkzaamheden.

Ervaring in logistiek, transport, expeditie of magazijnactiviteiten.

Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren.

Een gestructureerde, zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vertrouwen om samen te werken met diverse interne en externe stakeholders.

Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP, Sage) en digitale logistieke processen.

Kennis van internationale transport- en douaneprocedures.

Een praktische, hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om operationele taken op te nemen wanneer nodig.

Vloeiend Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels om te kunnen werken in een internationale omgeving.
