Als technisch teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van een team van 5 technici voor de regio Halle. Je werkt nauw samen met techniekers en leidinggevenden om projecten succesvol af te ronden. Je bent de spil in het team en zorgt voor een soepele werking en communicatie. Je houdt je bezig met planning, kwaliteitscontrole en het oplossen van technische problemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het dagelijks aansturen van een team van 5 technici die zorgen voor het preventief onderhoud & depannage van verschillende machines;
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijks uitgevoerde herstellingen & de planning van het onderhoud en depannages;
  • Meehelpen bij het oplossen van storingen;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende andere interne & externe partijen;
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en verbeteringen aan machines en processen en vertaalt jouw technische inzichten naar concrete acties;
  • Je registreert interventies en bevindingen correct, zodat kennis gedeeld wordt en processen continu verbeterd kunnen worden;
  • Je bewaakt steeds de veiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving voor jezelf en je collega’s.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B;
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven);
  • Frans is een plus;
  • Kennis van PLC is een pluspunt.
