Wat ga je doen?

Als Operator Zuivelbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en kwaliteitsvolle verwerking van melk binnen ons productieproces in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar kwaliteit staat altijd centraal.

  • De productielijnen voorbereiden zodat de productie vlot kan opstarten.
  • Installaties en leidingen reinigen en steriliseren volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Controleren of alle machines correct zijn ingesteld en productieklaar zijn.
  • Toezien op de naleving van de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP).
  • Afwijkingen of technische storingen tijdig signaleren.
  • Uitgevoerde controles en reinigingsprocessen nauwkeurig registreren.
  • Mee instaan voor een nette, veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving.

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak loopt het productieproces elke dag veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Een goede Operator Zuivelbereider combineert technisch inzicht met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een passie voor kwaliteit.

  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Kennis van hygiëneprocedures en CIP-sterilisatie is een mooie troef.
  • Een nauwkeurige werkhouding met oog voor detail.
  • Technisch inzicht en een goed begrip van hoe installaties functioneren.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een vaste ploeg (05.00 – 13.06 uur of 13.00 – 21.06 uur).
  • Flexibiliteit om collega's te ondersteunen wanneer nodig.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
