Ben jij technisch aangelegd, leergierig en op zoek naar een functie waarin je zowel administratief als operationeel betrokken bent bij bouwprojecten? Dan biedt deze vacature als Junior Medewerker Afbraakwerken (Calculatie & Projectvoorbereiding) jou de kans om te groeien, begeleiding te krijgen van ervaren collega's én te starten in een vaste job.

Je vormt de schakel tussen kantoor en werf en ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van afbraakprojecten. Tijdens een typische werkdag analyseer je plannen en dossiers, vraag je prijzen op bij leveranciers, help je mee bij offertes en zorg je ervoor dat alle documenten klaarstaan voor een vlotte opstart van de werf.

Jouw taken:

  • Ondersteunen bij calculaties, kostprijsberekeningen en offertes.
  • Mee analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten.
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Verzamelen van attesten, technische fiches en werfdocumenten.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan werfleiders en planners.
  • Meehelpen bij de voorbereiding en organisatie van afbraakwerken.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, partners en interne collega's.
  • Kennismaken met digitale tools en werfgerichte projectopvolging.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of een sterke interesse in bouw, infrastructuur of afbraakwerken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om structuur aan te brengen.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om te leren en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en partners.
  • Je kan goed overweg met administratieve taken en digitale toepassingen.
